Name a top class player that West Ham bought while they were still at their peak.

With the signing of Payet we have signed a quality player who is still at his peak.

We've signed enough big name players over the years but far too many arrive at the fag end of their career.

Anyway, Craig Bellamy was still decent when he came here.

I don't think it's streching it to call Payet top class. It's only whether he can settle/do the business in England.
